This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The role focuses on digital marketing, brand building, investor engagement, and lead generation, requiring a robust blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and execution excellence.

The candidate will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital growth, and investor engagement initiatives, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, Relationship Managers (RMs), distributors, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Run paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube) for lead generation

Manage social media & content (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters)

Execute engagement strategies,

Lead content creation (static and video) from conceptualization to execution

Manage different stakeholders like video creating, marketing and branding agencies as per requirement.

Support upselling/cross-selling and targeted campaigns (WhatsApp/email)

Drive corporate outreach & B2B/B2C lead generation

Use AI tools & automation for communication and insights

Track performance & ensure AMFI compliance & data security

Salary Range - 4 to 6 LPA depending on the experience.
