The company specializes in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC countries. It collaborates closely with partner companies across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region, giving team members exposure to global markets and industry trends. : Assistant Manager (Marketing) The Assistant Manager (Marketing)shall be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive visitor attendance, exhibitor acquisition, and brand visibility for a portfolio of regional and international exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. The role involves coordinating multi-channel campaigns (email, social media and WhatsApp marketing), while leading and coordinating a team of 8–9 marketing professionals to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans (B2B) to meet exhibition goals, including attendee promotion, exhibitor registration and lead generation.
- Digital, Social Media & WhatsApp Marketing: Manage LinkedIn, email, social media,



and WhatsApp campaigns to drive engagement, registrations, and leads. Execute WhatsApp campaigns using the API and approved bulk/manual messaging tools, based on campaign requirements. Manage audience segmentation, high-volume campaigns, and campaign performance tracking.
- Lead Generation: Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across digital, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other relevant channels to generate qualified visitor and exhibitor leads, support sales conversion, and achieve event targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of 8–9 marketing professionals, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely achievement of campaign and event objectives.
- Collateral & Content Creation: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of all marketing materials, including digital brochures, websites, emailers, and physical brochures and event signage.
- Database Management: Work closely with the data team to organize and segment the prospect database across multiple events and verticals, enabling precisely targeted marketing campaigns that maximize lead generation and conversion outcomes.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (ROI, visitor numbers, engagement rates),



generate performance reports, and analyse competitor activities.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with budget management, and assist in preparing presentations for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the exhibitions and conventions show organising industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s and master's degrees in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy and stakeholder communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms like email marketing software (Brevo, Mailchimp, SendGrid), social media management tools and WhatsApp Marketing platforms (Sassyto, WATI, AiSensy)
- Adaptability: Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.

- Job type: Full time - on site (work from office) permanently.
- Shift: Day shift only
- Weekly off: 4th Saturday and all Sundays
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years (previous experience of leading a team shall be an added bonus).
- Salary: 6.5 to 7.0 LPA
