- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, publisher and content partnerships, ad monetization and programmatic advertising agreements, data processing agreements, data partnerships, vendor and agency agreements and technology licensing arrangements.
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to engineering, product and business teams on matters spanning technology, IP, content and platform operations.
- Advise on data privacy and protection compliance across jurisdictions, including the DPDP Act, GDPR and CCPA, and support privacy-by-design initiatives and industry framework compliance (including IAB TCF) across products.
- Assist in handling disputes, including drafting and responding to legal notices and coordinating with external counsel.
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and legal processes to deliver legal services efficiently at scale.
- Work on cross-border matters with a focus on the US and Europe region, coordinating with counterparties and advisors across jurisdictions.

What We Are Looking For

- Law graduate, with approximately 4-6 years of professional experience.



 Preference for candidates with a diverse background, including both in-house and law firm experience.
- Prior experience providing legal support to engineering, IT and internet-based organizations, especially in ad-tech or tech sectors, would be preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Indian privacy law, GDPR and CCPA shall be preferred.
- Preference for candidates familiar with SaaS contracts, commercial and employment laws and practices at a global level.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics, with a strong emphasis on personal integrity and impeccable professional conduct.
- Proficient communication skills, coupled with the ability to handle matters independently and instill confidence in teams, executive management and peers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and a propensity to challenge the status quo, seeking to develop cutting-edge solutions to address concerns.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services efficiently in a corporate environment.
