Role Overview

We are looking for a Assistant Manager – Supply & C2B to build and strengthen RoamPrime’s two-wheeler supply network while expanding its C2B presence in the market.

The role will focus on creating a consistent pipeline of vehicles through customer leads, calling, referrals, market networks, partnerships, dealers, and other relevant sourcing channels. The person will translate business requirements into sourcing plans, improve lead conversion, establish effective processes, and drive achievement of supply targets.

A key part of the role will also be to identify untapped market opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, deepen engagement across existing markets, and develop scalable channels that contribute to the growth of RoamPrime’s C2B business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently build sourcing opportunities, strengthen market presence, and bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to the supply function.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive the generation of used two-wheeler supply in line with RoamPrime’s procurement and inventory requirements.

● Develop and strengthen multiple sourcing channels, including customer leads, calling, referrals, partnerships, digital platforms, dealers, brokers, and local market networks.





● Build a healthy and consistent pipeline of vehicles across required brands, models, price ranges, and categories.

● Engage with prospective sellers through calling and follow-ups to understand their requirements and move qualified opportunities forward.

● Improve lead conversion by establishing clear follow-up processes, communication standards, and activity tracking.

● Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing activities against defined supply targets.

● Set channel-wise and team-level targets and regularly review performance against outcomes.

● Identify gaps in supply generation and take timely corrective action to improve pipeline quality and volume.

● Conduct field visits for market development, seller engagement, channel identification, partner onboarding, and relationship building.

● Develop productive relationships with dealers and other market partners as one of the key supply channels.

● Track sourcing performance, lead quality, conversion trends, channel contribution, and target achievement.

● Use market insights, seller feedback, and competitor activity to identify current sourcing opportunities.

● Build scalable practices that can support RoamPrime’s growth across Bengaluru and future markets.

Candidate Profile

● 4–6 years of experience in automobile sourcing, C2B business, vehicle procurement, used vehicle sales, channel development, business development, or supply operations.

● Strong understanding of the used two-wheeler, automobile, mobility, or vehicle marketplace ecosystem.

● Comfortable with calling, field work, market development, relationship building, target setting, and performance tracking.

● Strong communication, negotiation, commercial judgement, and stakeholder-management skills.

● Process-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working with measurable targets.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities.

● Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
