Key Responsibilities

- Team Lead, People Manager, accountable for team performance in procurement
- Responsible to conduct Daily,weekly and Monthly review on Material availability
- Purchasing all kind of parts like Chassis, Bracket, Stamping, Busbar and battery parts from domestic vendor
- Planning and control towards no premium freight
- To ensure suppliers capacity and capability to meet production demand




- Review the critical supplier and drive preventive action plan
- To drive improvements in Various aspect of the supply chain - OTD, Inventory management, lead time reduction and cost saving
- Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance
- Handling ECN changes, BOM changes, coordination with design team and engineering team
- Preparing the MIS report and analysis to the management
- Ensures compliance's, safety standard and sustainability with company

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or Supply chain Management is preferred
- 10 - 15 years of robust experience in supply chain
- Has extensive experience interfacing with strategic suppliers and managing relationships
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
