Role: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (Google Ads)

About The Role

Swiss Beauty is looking for a highly analytical and experimentation-led Google Ads specialist to own and scale the channel for its D2C business.

This is not a routine campaign management role. We need someone who can build growth across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen while optimising for new customers, CAC, revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Google Ads revenue, CAC, ROAS and current-customer targets.
- Build strategy across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and Demand Gen.
- Create a structured testing roadmap across bidding, audiences, creatives, feeds,

landing pages and offers.
- Scale non-brand, category, competitor and product-level demand.
- Improve Google Merchant Center feeds and product-level performance.
- Work with creative teams to build and test high-performing assets.
- Track performance across Google Ads, GA4, Shopify and backend revenue.
- Optimise based on contribution margin and customer quality, not only platform

ROAS.
- Identify landing-page and conversion-rate opportunities.
- Own budgets, forecasts,



reporting and weekly business insights.

Experience

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Updated with all the new google ads features/updates/recommendations/camapigns.
- Experience managing large D2C or e-commerce budgets.
- Strong expertise in Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and Demand Gen.
- Strong understanding of GA4, Merchant Center, attribution and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable analysing campaigns, search terms, products, creatives and landing

pages.
- Strong experimentation mindset with proven examples of scalable tests.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.

Preferred

- Recent experience in D2C brand or D2C focused agency
- Beauty, fashion or high-SKU e-commerce experience.
- Experience with new-customer or profit-based optimisation.
- Knowledge of enhanced conversions, server-side tracking and first-party data.
- Experience with scripts, automation, feed tools or dashboards.
