Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Factory Manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring all tea manufacturing processes to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor product quality at every stage of manufacturing, and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and wastage.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory machinery, ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and raw materials, and minimize production downtime.
- Supervise factory personnel, allocate work, enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records, prepare operational reports, analyze production performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall factory performance.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
