Role Description The Asm role at RNFI Services Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ujjain. The role involves managing and expanding the distributor and retailer network, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and support for partners. The Asm will monitor sales performance, drive transaction growth, and promote RNFI’s digital payment solutions in the assigned territory.

Daily responsibilities include visiting market locations, building robust relationships with channel partners, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.



The person in this role will also gather market insights, support promotional activities, and help strengthen RNFI’s presence in semi-urban and rural areas.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and channel management skills, especially in financial services or digital payments.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and local stakeholders, with effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in market visits, territory management, and performance tracking using basic analytical and reporting tools.
- Comfort with digital platforms, mobile applications, and online transaction systems, with basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Ujjain and surrounding areas; prior work in semi-urban or rural markets is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in the field, with a focus on targets, customer service, and ethical business practices.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and work flexibly to meet business requirements.
