Ctrl + S is a newly formed artist management and consultancy firm working with independent artists across releases, live, and brand partnerships.

Over the next six months we're running a full EP campaign. Two singles and a record, routing a multi-city tour, and opening conversations with labels, booking agents and brands. It's the busiest stretch the company has had.

We're looking for one person to work alongside us through it.

This is not a coffee-run internship. You'll own real pieces of work from week one. Building the databases we run outreach from, tracking conversations across twenty-plus labels and agencies, researching venues and festival curators, keeping campaign trackers honest, and coordinating content between artists, editors and collaborators.

You'll sit in on label calls. You'll see how a release actually gets built, priced, pitched and sold. Most of what you learn here isn't taught anywhere.

Being early also means your work matters more. There's no layer between you and the decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain outreach databases. Labels, booking agencies, college festivals, brands
- Research contacts,



curators and decision-makers across the Indian music industry
- Keep trackers and CRMs current, and flag what's slipping
- Draft and schedule follow-ups on live conversations
- Coordinate content production between artists, editors and collaborators
- Support live show logistics as tours come together

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Genuine interest in the Indian independent music scene. You should already have opinions about it
- Organised. A lot of this job is making sure nothing falls through
- Comfortable writing a transparent, professional email
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and ask when stuck
- Based in Mumbai

You don't need prior music industry experience. We care more about how you think and whether you follow through.
