Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize AI solutions that power our automation solutions & agents for our clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop and orchestrate AI automation architectures, implement and test systems, and integrate these models into production-grade software solutions. You will work closely with clients to translate business workflows into robust AI capabilities, improve existing models based on performance metrics,



and ensure reliability and scalability in a remote environment.

This is a full-time remote role that involves regular collaboration through online tools, participation in code reviews, documentation of solutions, and continuous improvement of our AI platform.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration, RAG
- Understanding of business processes and workflows and translation into automated solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and familiarity with ML operations, testing, and deployment practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with robust communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience applying AI is beneficial, as is exposure to cloud platforms and API-based integrations.
