We are Finclus Technology Pvt Ltd. We are looking for relentless, first-principles thinkers to help us execute a massive mandate: Build the digital infrastructure to process 5,000+ Priority Sector Lending (PSL) loans.

The Core Directive: The user must get the absolute best loan, the maximum matching subsidy, and all necessary government permissions in the absolute minimum amount of time. That is the only metric that matters.

● Proven Execution: We launched the digital Kisan Credit Card (KCC) and are building the AgriStack for 5 states. We crushed the KCC loan Turnaround Time (TAT) from 3 months to 3 minutes, and slashed processing costs from ₹10,000 to ₹200.

● Deep Integration: We work with 32 banks. With a single API call, our system fetches 84 critical data points instantly—charge creation, land liens, Minimum Support Price (MSP), Scale of Finance, real-time satellite data, crop sown metrics, ability to pay, willingness to pay, and advanced risk mitigation.

Who You Are

You are a "100x" intern. You think in first principles, just like Elon Musk. You look at broken, bureaucratic systems and immediately see how to automate them. You understand how to leverage Claude, function calling, agentic loops, and out-of-the-box thinking to do the work of 10 senior employees. You don't need hand-holding; you need unlimited AI credits and a massive problem to solve.

The Open Roles & Required Technical Skills





We are launching the 100X Financial Intelligence Platform (Subsidy Loans Portal & Financial Intelligence Platform) entirely via WhatsApp and Voice. We need elite talent across multiple disciplines to make this happen:

1. AI & LLM Architects (The Brain)

You will build the core intelligence of the platform, ensuring zero hallucinations and real-time execution.

● The Mission: Build the Eligibility Oracle to instantly match users against 500+ schemes. Engineer the DPR Preparation Software that auto-generates a complex Detailed Project Report in exactly 30 seconds. Architect the WhatsApp Voice Bots speaking 10+ local languages.

● Technical Skills Required: Python, advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Prompt Chaining, ElevenLabs API (for voice generation), Whisper (Speech-to-Text), and deep knowledge of Claude's tool-use capabilities.

2. Systems & Integration Engineers (The Plumbing)

You will build the pipes connecting our AI to the rigid, legacy systems of banks and governments.

● The Mission: Automate the Single-Window Permission Portal. Build secure, high-throughput integrations with the Loan Origination Systems (LOS) of 32 different banks so our 5,000+ PSL loans flow seamlessly from WhatsApp to disbursement.

● Technical Skills Required: Node.js, Python, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Headless Browser Automation (Playwright/Puppeteer for scraping and auto-filling 200+ government forms), Webhooks,



and secure data pipeline architecture.

3. Android & Web Shippers (The Interface)

You will build flawless, lightning-rapid interfaces for the users and administrators who need visual dashboards alongside our WhatsApp ecosystem.

● The Mission: Build and iterate on our native Android applications alongside our core team. Rigorously test the algorithms and matching logic to ensure the UI perfectly reflects the 48X subsidy stacks.

● Technical Skills Required: Kotlin/Java (Android), React Native, React.js, state management, complex API consumption, and rigorous QA/Algorithm testing methodologies.

4. Growth Hackers & Content Automators (The Engine)

Marketing is a highly technical discipline. You will build automated loops to establish Finclus as the absolute authority in Priority Sector Lending.

● The Mission: Automate the entire digital content pipeline. You will run webinars, manage our digital community, onboard Chartered Accountants (CAs) at scale, and launch a podcast with top industry leaders.

● Technical Skills Required: AI Content Generation (Claude, Midjourney), Audio/Video synthesis (ElevenLabs, HeyGen), CRM Automation, Web-scraping for lead gen, and workflow orchestration (Zapier/Make) to create a completely autonomous podcast-to-social-media pipeline.

The Deal

You will work directly with the founding team. You will be given unlimited Claude credits to experiment, build, and deploy. You will ship code that gets actual capital into the hands of farmers and rural entrepreneurs.
