We’re looking for an AI & ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents. You’ll work closely with the core product team to design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI employees.

What You’ll Do

- Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Work extensively with LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Integrate and work with leading models including OpenAI, Claude, and other LLMs.
- Design agent workflows involving tool calling, memory, reasoning, orchestration, and multi-step execution.
- Build AI employees for specific business functions such as Marketing, HR, Sales/SDR, Customer Success, and more.
- Develop integrations with APIs, databases, business tools, and third-party services.
- Evaluate model performance, improve prompts, workflows, reliability, and response quality.
- Take ownership of an AI workforce category from initial development through deployment and iteration.
- Debug, optimize, and continuously improve AI systems in production.
- Work with product and engineering teams to convert real business workflows into reliable AI agents.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML,



Generative AI, or software engineering with a robust focus on AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, or similar foundation models.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling, and AI agents.
- Experience building and deploying AI applications — not just experimenting with models.
- Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, databases, and software development practices.
- Ability to independently take an AI product/workflow from idea → development → testing → deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Good to Have

Experience with FastAPI, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure or similar cloud platforms.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector.

Experience with agent evaluation, observability, and LLM monitoring.

Experience with function/tool calling and MCP.

Familiarity with AI voice agents or conversational AI.
