Hiring: Associate Art Director We’re looking for an Associate Art Director who combines strong creative thinking, visual design, and the power of AI creative tools. If you can turn a brief into a scroll-stopping social media post, Reel, or campaign concept, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do - Conceptualise creative ideas for social media campaigns, posts, Reels and digital content

- Develop visual concepts, moodboards and creative directions
- Create static creatives, carousels, Reels and short-form videos
- Work closely with copy, social media and marketing teams
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, social trends and visual formats
- Take ideas from concept to final execution What we’re looking for - 3–6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, digital creative, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, and design
- Excellent creative conceptualisation skills
- Solid experience creating social media content and Reels
