Role Description This full time Architectural Drafter role is an on-site position located in Kozhikode.

The Architectural

Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural plans, creating accurate technical drawings, updating drawings as designs evolve, and coordinating with architects, planners, and engineers to ensure clarity and precision. The role also involves checking drawings for compliance with design standards,



assisting in planning documentation, and organizing drawing files and records for project teams.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce precise Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings aligned with project specifications.
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning to understand design intent and spatial requirements.
- Strong Drawing skills for translating design concepts into clear technical documentation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard drafting and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to follow established drafting standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in architectural drafting or construction documentation is an advantage.
