Role Description The Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating interior design elements to ensure cohesive project outcomes. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations, producing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and site issues.

The role also involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and supporting project timelines and budgets through effective coordination. The Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, contribute to material selection,



and support continuous improvement of studio standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into clear, buildable concepts.
- Experience with Integration of architectural and interior design elements, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or digital tools, such as CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling, and visualization platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and approval processes in Lucknow and broader regional contexts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and engage with clients professionally.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site and visit project locations as required.
