Role Description The Architectural Drafter is a full-time, On-site role based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

WFH candidates can also apply given they have an able Laptop/PC and software license (2D CAD).

Monthly Renumeration: INR 10k-15k (Depending on skill level)

Education: Diploma in Architecture/Drafting

Experience: Freshers can apply (06 months internship/exp in any core firm preferred but not required)

Qualifications

- Skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, accurate technical documentation using 2D CAD software.
- Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet decided deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with architects,



engineers, and other team members in office.
- Experience with basic 3D modeling software (SketchUp-Groups, components, scenes etc) is a plus.
- Drafting for Interior Design projects, Furniture & Detail drawings and Architectural plans.
- Must be able to follow CAD standards for layers, Printing Layouts, STBs, Xrefs, folder hierarchy etc.
