Job Title: Architect – Project Manager (3D Architectural Visualization)

n We're a 3D architectural visualization studio looking for an architect who's happiest when a production is running like clockwork — schedules on track, teams unblocked, and creative quality never slipping. If you've got a B.Arch, a project-management brain, and genuine curiosity about visual storytelling (films, CG, arch-viz), this is a role where you'll manage real production pipelines, not just paperwork.

n n What You'll Own

n Production & Delivery

- Run daily production operations and keep project schedules on track
n
- Plan and re-plan resources for timely, profitable delivery
n
- Own budgets, timelines, task allocation and quality control
n
- Run daily/weekly progress audits and flag risks early
n
- Realign timelines and priorities with Project Heads as scope shifts
n




- Forecast team workload and manage capacity planning
n

n Creative Involvement

n

n
- Contribute to 3D films, concept development and client presentations
n
- Bring a robust visual/design sensibility to production decisions
n

n Team

n

n
- Support HR in sourcing and hiring creative talent for the studio
n

n n What You Bring

n

n
- B.Arch (mandatory)
n
- 2–3 years in project/production management — ideally in CG, arch-viz, advertising, or creative production
n
- Strong people-management and coordination skills; comfortable running multiple projects at once
n
- Sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in 3D arch-viz
n
- Bonus: background or interest in filmmaking, music, or visual storytelling
