About the Role

Collage Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of institutional, educational, and sports infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, estimation, tendering, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned projects while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for institutional, educational, and sports infrastructure projects.
2. Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, working drawings, architectural details, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, cost estimates, and tender-related documentation.
5. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents and contractor submissions.
6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
7. Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to resolve design and technical issues.
9. Monitor project progress and ensure architectural work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
10. Identify design conflicts and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
11. Support project execution from design development through completion.
12. Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and records of project drawings and deliverables.

Required Skills

1. Robust knowledge of architectural design and planning.
2. Good understanding of GFC drawings and construction documentation.
3. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
4. Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, tendering, and costing.
5. Understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
6. Strong client, consultant, and contractor coordination skills.
7. Good problem-solving and project management abilities.
8. Ability to independently handle assigned responsibilities and meet project timelines.
9. Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
2. 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
3. Candidates with experience in institutional, educational, sports, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred.
