Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools within Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis in cloud environments.
- Ability to work with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
