Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques specific to SAP ABAP and HANA platforms.
