We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong application support background, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of domains, DNS, SSL certificates, access management, security, and compliance.

The role involves managing and supporting technical requests, identifying potential risks, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application support and manage assigned service requests and issues.
- Review requests carefully to ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
- Work on requests related to domain names, DNS, SSL certificates, renewals, and certificate expirations.
- Monitor and identify risks related to certificate expiration and potential service impact.
- Validate domain ownership and identify access, security, and compliance-related risks.
- Ensure requests are processed in accordance with established processes and security guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and requests.




- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of requests, changes, and resolutions.
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate risks when required.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Use Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word for communication, tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes as required.

Key Skills Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support / IT Operations / Production Support.
- Basic understanding of Domain Names and DNS concepts.
- Basic understanding of SSL certificates, certificate renewals, and expiration risks.
- Understanding of the importance of accurate request details and validation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk identification.
- Strong team-player mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
