Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, solutions, and cutting-edge ideas to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role involves studying customer specifications, preparing technical deviations, interacting with vendors, and ensuring timely submission of offers and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Acknowledgment of the enquiry to RO/IRO/Customer .
- Studying the specifications received from customer for the specified project and identify special requirements with respect to Product Technical Binder.

Prepare

Technical deviations with respect to Specifications.

- Prepare technical deviations and provide solutions to customers
- Interact with vendors for RFQ and verify technical aspects
- Ensure timely submission of offers and documents




- Provide technical support and innovative solutions to customers and marketing engineers
- Collaborate with engineering department to resolve deviations and qualify products
- Visit customer sites for technical scope assessment and clarity.

Requirements:

- Strong technical background in pump industry, specifically API and non-API pumps, centrifugal pumps
- Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or similar role in pump industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, industry trends, and pump applications

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling projects for both domestic & export.
- Knowledge of API and non-API pump standards and specifications
- Familiarity with centrifugal pump technology
