Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Animator, digital designer role. You will create high-quality animations and motion graphics that visually communicate complex infrastructure concepts and project solutions for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing animated sequences, refining visual narratives, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and engaging content.

The role involves using motion capture and animation tools, iterating based on feedback, and preparing assets for presentations, digital platforms, and training materials. The Animator will also contribute to creative ideation, maintain brand consistency, and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong animation skills, including 2D/3D Animation and Motion Capture, with experience using industry-standard software.




- Proficiency in Storyboarding and Motion Graphics to translate technical information into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting visual concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating animations for technical, industrial, or infrastructure-focused projects is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong visual design sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with open-source or interoperable technology ecosystems is a plus.
