About the Role

Manthan – The Media Studios, Mohali Campus, is looking for a dynamic and creative Anchor–Writer–Producer who can bring stories to life through compelling content, impactful on-camera presence, and seamless production execution.

This role is designed for a media qualified who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, presentation, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable scripting a narrative, hosting in front of the camera, and managing the production process from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilitie s As a Write r Research, conceptualize, and develop scripts for interviews, documentaries, digital content, events, and branded productions

. Craft engaging narratives, voice-over scripts, storytelling frameworks, and content concepts

. Ensure content aligns with the creative vision, audience expectations, and brand communication standards

. Collaborate closely with creative teams to maintain narrative consistency and impact

. As an Ancho r Host interviews, talk shows, campus features, event coverage, and digital content productions

. Deliver content with confidence, clarity, and strong audience engagement

. Conduct meaningful conversations with guests, industry experts, students, and stakeholders

. Represent the Manthan brand through a professional, energetic, and camera-friendly presence

.



As a Produce r Own projects from ideation and planning through execution and final delivery

. Coordinate with creative, camera, editing, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow

. Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, logistics, and production requirements

. Ensure high-quality execution while adhering to timelines and production standards

. Contribute to content strategy, programming ideas, and long-term content planning initiatives

.

Required Skills & Qualificatio ns2–4 years of experience in Anchoring, Content Writing, Media Production, Journalism, Broadcasting, or a related fiel d. Excellent command o f English and Hin di (both written and spoken

). Strong on-camera confidence with exceptional presentation and communication skill s. Proven ability to create engaging content across digital, social media, branded, and corporate format s. Strong project management and organizational capabilitie s. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced production environmen t. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and quality contro l.

Preferred Qualificati ons Experience working with a production house, media agency, digital studio, broadcasting platform, or journalism organizati on. Understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflo ws. Familiarity with content planning, audience engagement strategies, and digital media tren ds. Basic knowledge of video production tools and creative workflows will be an added advanta ge.
