Description of the Role

This role involves the development, deployment, and validation of predictive model(s) and supporting their use in economic logic to enable profitable decisions across risk, fraud, and marketing.

Responsibilities

- Understand the core business of AXP and the key drivers behind various decisions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract business insights and create innovative solutions.
- Leverage the power of the closed loop through the Amex network to make decisions more intelligent and relevant.
- Innovate by focusing on developing newer and improved approaches using big data and machine learning solutions.
- Clearly articulate and structure business findings across prospect and customer domains to leadership and key partners.
- Maintain an external perspective and stay informed about developments in Finance, Payments, and Analytics.
