About 30 Sundays
We are an AI-native holiday planning and booking platform built primarily for couples — honeymoons, anniversaries, and the trips people save up for years to take. We plan and book across Bali, the Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and more, with genuine price transparency, hotels rated 8+ and no tourist traps. We stay with our couples on the trip itself through our app.
We are rated 4.6 on Google. We are a team of IIT-IIM alums with previous work experience of BCG, Apple, Flipkart, Uber, Shuttl and more. In July 2026 we raised ₹61 crore (Series A) led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
A meaningful share of that capital is going into brand and marketing — which is exactly why this role exists.
About the role: We sell 6 destinations. We cannot shoot all of them, all the time, in every season, with every kind of couple. Generative video lets us produce concepts that would otherwise need a shoot day and a flight - and at the volume real creative testing demands, that is the difference between testing three ideas a month and thirty.
This is a craft role, not a tools role. Anyone can generate a clip. The job is knowing when generative beats shot footage, holding a look consistent across a series, and - most importantly - knowing when the seams show badly enough to cost us credibility with someone about to spend 2-3 lakhs on a honeymoon.
What you will own
● Generative video production - concept visualisation, destination b-roll, format experiments, variations at volume
● Consistency - keeping a look,
a style and where relevant a character coherent across a series rather than one impressive one-off
● The quality line - you are the person who says "this one is not valuable enough to ship", and we will back you when you do
● Hybrid work - output might mix generated and shot material; the join should be invisible
● Tooling judgement - the landscape shifts every few months and we expect you to keep us current without chasing every release
● Volume for testing - producing enough variants that our creative experiments have something real to compare What we are looking for
● 2–5 years in video, with genuine depth in generative tools — Runway, Veo, Kling, Sora, HeyGen or whatever has replaced them by the time you read this
● Judgement over tool fluency. We are far more interested in whether you know when not to use these tools than in how many you have used
● You can hold consistency across a series - this is the hard part and where most showreels fall apart
● Conventional editing skill too. You should be able to cut real footage properly; generative is an addition to that, not a substitute
● You have an eye for the seams - the uncanny hand, the drifting logo, the physics that is slightly wrong - and you catch them before we do
● You work to a brand standard rather than to whatever the model felt like producing Nice to have ● Travel, hospitality or lifestyle visual work
● Motion graphics and sound design
● Experience building repeatable pipelines rather than one-off generations
