We’re Hiring | SGET / AI Test Engineer | Pan India | TCS

We are looking for experienced SGET / AI Test Engineers to drive quality engineering and testing in an AI-First Quality Engineering environment. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in test automation, AI/GenAI testing, prompt engineering, agentic testing, API/UI testing, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Augmented Test Design

- Generate test scenarios and test cases using AI-assisted tools.
- Validate AI-generated test artifacts.
- Develop risk-based testing strategies using intelligence-driven insights.
- Improve test coverage through predictive analytics.

Intelligent Test Automation

- Develop and maintain UI, API, and integration test frameworks.
- Leverage AI to generate and maintain automated test scripts.
- Implement self-healing test automation approaches.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Prompt Engineering

- Design, optimize, and maintain prompts for test generation.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.
- Fine-tune AI-assisted testing workflows.

Agentic Testing

- Configure and supervise testing agents.
- Orchestrate autonomous testing workflows.
- Monitor agent performance and execution outcomes.
- Collaborate with AI QE Architects to improve QE autonomy.

Data Quality & AI Testing





- Validate training and inference datasets.
- Perform data integrity and completeness checks.
- Support synthetic test data generation.
- Identify data quality issues affecting system behavior.
- Validate AI/ML models and AI agents.
- Perform fairness, robustness, explainability, and reliability testing.
- Verify Responsible AI compliance requirements.
- Monitor AI systems for model drift and performance degradation.

Quality Analytics

- Analyze test results using AI-powered insights.
- Predict defects and release risks.
- Build quality dashboards and performance reports.
- Support decision-making using quality intelligence.
