Job Location Bhopal (Onsite)

Pay: ₹5 LPA- ₹10 LPA per year

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Engaging Training: Teach modules across both Applied AI/ML and Generative AI, emphasising hands-on coding, tool implementation, and project-based learning.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the content team to refine course materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends and learner needs.
- Hands-On Labs: Facilitate interactive sessions using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Vector DB, GPT-4, and cloud platforms.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students in end-to-end AI projects (e.g., computer vision apps, RAG-based systems) and capstone software solutions.
- Stay Updated: Continuously integrate emerging tools (e.g., LLMOps, MLOps) and ethical AI practices into training content.
- Feedback & Improvement: Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to optimise learning outcomes.
- Experience:




- 5+ years in AI/ML development (traditional ML, NLP, computer vision, Generative AI)

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Python, data manipulation (NumPy, Pandas), and visualisation (Plotly, Matplotlib).
- Expertise in deep learning (CNNs, RNNs), NLP (sentiment analysis), and Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, RAG).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, and mentor diverse learners.

- 2+ years in teaching/training, preferably with engineering students or professionals. Proven experience with AI tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, GPT-4, LangChain, GitHub Copilot)
