We are pioneering the next generation of conversational technology by building cutting-edge Agentic AI Voice Agents. We are looking for an ambitious, highly skilled Software Developer with 5 years of experience who specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and autonomous agent workflows.

In this role, you will design and build real-time, low-latency, autonomous voice agents capable of reasoning, tool-calling, multi-step planning, and fluid human-like conversation. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and voice synthesis/recognition pipelines, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement production-ready autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, dynamic decision-making, and contextual memory management.
- Build Real-Time Voice Pipelines: Integrate state-of-the-art Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure ultra-low-latency, natural conversational voice experiences.
- Tool Integration & API Orchestration: Empower voice agents to interact seamlessly with external databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems to execute real-world tasks autonomously.
- Optimize for Performance & Latency: Fine-tune model responses, manage token limits, and optimize streaming audio pipelines to eliminate lag in live voice interactions.
- Testing & Evaluation: Implement AgentOps/evaluation frameworks to monitor agent behavior, reduce hallucinations, and handle edge cases gracefully.
- Collaborate & Scale:



Work closely with product and engineering teams to scale our core AI infrastructure from prototype to robust production.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of deploying production-grade applications.
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, Transformers, and working extensively with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like Llama).
- Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent loops.
- Voice / Conversational AI Stack: Familiarity with real-time audio streaming protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC) and speech services (e.g., OpenAI Realtime API, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper, or similar STT/TTS engines).
- Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python for backend and AI workflows; experience with asynchronous programming, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector), and RESTful APIs.
- System Design: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
