Job Characteristics: Lead a team of AI engineers building GenAI-powered solutions, agentic systems, and LLM-integrated applications. Responsible for team capability development, solution delivery oversight, and aligning AI initiatives with business outcomes. The role balances people leadership with deep technical program execution and stakeholder alignment.

Education/Work Experience: Degree and 8-10 years experience.

Independence Level/Reports to: Normally reports to Sr AI Manager or AI Engineering Director.
