Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 1- years of experience to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The candidate will be responsible for developing production-ready AI applications, integrating AI models into business solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.

Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for real-world business use cases.

Build applications using LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation pipelines.

Build and integrate AI services using Python and REST APIs.

Work with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge-based AI systems.

Evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, latency, scalability, and cost.

Integrate AI models into existing software applications and business workflows.

Develop production-ready APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

Deploy AI/ML applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Use Docker, Git, CI/CD, and other software engineering best practices.

Monitor deployed models and AI applications and troubleshoot production issues.

Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to business problems.

Ensure AI solutions are reliable, maintainable, secure, and scalable.

Document technical approaches, models, APIs, experiments, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

1-3 years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science,



or a related field.

Strong programming and development experience in Python.

Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Good understanding of NLP and/or Computer Vision concepts.

Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks.

Good knowledge of SQL and databases.

Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.

Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

Exposure to at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Generative AI / LLM Skills

Hands-on experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or similar models.

Experience with prompt engineering and prompt optimization.

Understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.

Experience working with embeddings and semantic search.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or similar.

Understanding of LLM evaluation and performance optimization.

Knowledge of fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and model customization is an advantage.

Experience with AI agents, tool calling, function calling, or multi-agent systems is a plus.

MLOps – Preferred / Plus

MLOps experience will be a plus.

Candidates with practical experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:

ML model deployment and monitoring.

Building automated ML/AI pipelines.

CI/CD for machine learning and AI applications.





Model versioning and experiment tracking.

Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar tools.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Model serving and inference optimization.

Monitoring model performance, latency, reliability, and data/model drift.

Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments.

Familiarity with cloud-based MLOps services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

Experience developing end-to-end AI/ML applications from experimentation through production deployment.

Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML services.

Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable AI architectures.

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, and data privacy.

Experience optimizing LLM applications for cost, latency, and scalability.

Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.

Contributions to AI/ML projects, open-source projects, research, or technical communities are a plus.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Equivalent practical experience in AI/ML development will also be considered.
