Required Skills

Programming & Data

- Python – strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy and data processing libraries.
- SQL – strong proficiency in complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
- SAS – hands-on experience with SAS programming, data manipulation, and analytical procedures.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
- Experience working with large datasets and data quality processes.

AI / Machine Learning
- Positive understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning using Python is preferred.
- Exposure to libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
- Understanding of Generative AI / LLM concepts is an added advantage.
- Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and predictive analytics is preferred.

Data Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with EDA, statistical analysis, data profiling, and data visualization.




- Ability to convert business requirements into data-driven analytical solutions.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or a similar role.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or other data-intensive domains is an advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
