Role OverviewWork with our Technology team to build AI-powered automations for internal operations and client workflows — chatbots, workflow automation, prompt pipelines, and AI-assisted content systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom scripts
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) used in client deliverables
- Assist in developing AI chatbots for client support and lead qualification (including WhatsApp-based bots)
- Document automation SOPs and train internal teams on AI tool usage




- Research and pilot new AI tools relevant to virtual assistant services
- Support integration of AI features into the Tasks Expert 2.0 client portal

Requirements
- Graduate/final-year student in CS, IT, or any discipline with demonstrable AI tool experience
- Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT/Claude and at least one automation platform (Zapier/Make/n8n)
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Bonus: Python scripting, WhatsApp Business API, or chatbot builder experience
- Robust written English and documentation habits
