Description

AVI-SPL is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation and intelligent agents for customer environments. The role focuses on secure, scalable, production-ready solutions that improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or systems integration
- Experience building automation workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, n8n, Node-RED, Zapier, or similar tools
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations
- Experience deploying solutions into enterprise or production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven agents, assistants, and automation workflows
- Integrate AI agents with collaboration platforms, IT service management systems, and operational tools
- Implement agentic AI solutions for service workflows, incident triage, diagnostics, remediation, and workplace technology management
- Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and automation platforms
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready
- Support testing,



validation, deployment, and early-life operations
- Troubleshoot and support operational handoff to support teams
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Maintain, enhance, and standardize reusable AI automation components, frameworks, and solutions
- Provide technical expertise in customer and internal discussions
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to expand automation capabilities

Additional Responsibilities

- Support the transition of AI solutions into ongoing operations
- Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization
- Adapt to evolving priorities and objectives
- Support client-related work hours and locations as needed
- Travel to various locations in support of the account

Nice To Have

- Designed, built, and deployed AI agents, chatbots, and automation assistants
- Integrated AI solutions with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Leveraged Microsoft 365, Teams, and other enterprise collaboration platforms to streamline workflows
- Supported managed services and enterprise IT environments
- Applied Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages to automate tasks and workflows
- Deployed and managed solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
