With a workforce of 4,000+ security personnel, we are scaling rapidly and are looking for a strong operations leader to join our leadership team.

The RoleWe are looking for an AGM – Operations Manager who will be a key member of the Tentacle leadership team, directly responsible for the operational health of our client sites and driving business growth. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the CEO, ideal for someone who thrives on ground-level ownership while thinking strategically about scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Performance

- Monitor and control absenteeism rate across all sites, ensuring it stays within target
- Identify and close gaps in shift coverage across 80+ client locations
- Monitor and review patrol completion rate across sites
- Capture and track incidents raised at customer locations; monitor incident closure and response rate within defined TAT/targets

Field & Client Management

- Work closely with field managers on a daily basis to ensure smooth on-ground execution
- Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships with clients across the portfolio




- Support new force deployment and manpower mobilization as per client requirements

People Management

- Drive people management practices across a large, distributed security workforce
- Identify operational and people-related risks proactively and put mitigation plans in place
- Champion a culture of discipline, accountability, and service excellence among ground staff and supervisors

Reporting & Business Contribution

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to the CEO on a periodic basis
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and operational efficiency improvements as part of the leadership team

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in administration and operations management — supervisory roles, unit operations, or similar field-heavy operational roles
- Ex-servicemen background will carry additional weightage
- Strong risk identification and people management capability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/clients simultaneously
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal/people relationship skills
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, general shift, with travel across Sriperumbudur and Kanchipuram sites

What We Offer
- CTC: ₹12 Lakhs per annum
- Company vehicle provided for daily office-related travel
