We are looking for an experienced GCP AI, GenAI & Agentic AI Architect to design and shape enterprise-grade AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in AI architecture, GenAI, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance, and pre-sales solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

AI, GenAI & Agentic AI Architecture

- Design end-to-end AI and GenAI architectures on GCP, covering data pipelines, model development, inference, orchestration, and monitoring.
- Architect LLM-based applications using:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt orchestration
- Multi-model strategies
- Tool/function calling
- Design Agentic AI systems, including task-oriented agents, planners, tool-using agents, and autonomous workflows.
- Define As-Is / To-Be AI architectures, modernization roadmaps, and platform blueprints.
- Work extensively with the GCP AI stack and Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and inference.
- Create Agentic AI solutions using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).

Pre-Sales & Client Advisory

- Lead AI/GenAI pre-sales engagements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Present solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Translate business use cases into practical AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Support RFPs, proposals, estimates, and AI platform solution narratives.

Technology Leadership





- Architect solutions using GCP AI and data services including:
- Vertex AI
- BigQuery
- Dataflow
- Dataproc
- Cloud Storage
- Pub/Sub
- Cloud Run
- Guide LLM integration using Google models and third-party LLMs.
- Define model lifecycle management, MLOps, monitoring, and inference optimization.

AI Governance & Responsible AI

- Define guardrails for Responsible AI.
- Address bias mitigation and hallucination control.
- Define access controls and auditability.
- Design architectures for model governance, explainability, observability, and cost control.
- Support enterprise AI risk management and compliance.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data, ML, or Cloud Architecture roles.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI solution design.
- Strong experience in GCP AI and Vertex AI.
- Hands-on experience designing LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with client-facing or pre-sales solutioning.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI.
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- GenAI-focused certifications.
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation and modernization.
