Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:Adverse Event Reporting Officer (AERO) is responsible for reporting product safety events to our clients, maintaining appropriate records, and assisting with internal audits. They are responsible for having a good understanding of pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements for adverse event and product complaint reporting.Adverse Event Reporting Officers must have strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. In addition, they are responsible for daily source document quality reviews. Adverse Event Reporting Officer report directly to Team Lead, AERO. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit product safety event forms in compliance with Snow standards and individual client requirements.
- Quality review source documentation to confirm any safety information has been processed to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of Snow’s database by reviewing reports for consistency and completeness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Compliance related activities.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, industry best practices, and client product information.
- Supporting audit and inspection readiness by maintaining comprehensive documentation of pharmacovigilance training, activities, and safety reports.

- General comprehension of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and working knowledge of adverse event and product complaint reporting requirements.

- Candidates selected for the Quality Associate/Adverse Event Reporting Officer position should have the expectation that the workload and nature of the work will require hours that may extend past the business hours of the company. This includes working on the weekends, or company observed holiday and required rotating Saturday or Sunday hours.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and/or three to six years of related experience and/or training preferred. Medical background preferred. Basic computer skills, including database data entry.
