Creative Kulhad is hiring an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Expert with a strong foundation in SEO and at least 2 years of hands-on experience.

If you understand how brands can improve visibility not just on Google, but across AI-powered search and answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in SEO, AEO, GEO or related organic search roles
- Structured Data Implementation: Adding advanced schema markup (JSON-LD) so AI bots easily parse site content.
- Zero-Click Optimization: Formatting text for featured snippets, "People Also Ask" boxes, and AI Overviews.
- Conversational Targeting: Shifting keyword strategies from short phrases to long-tail, natural-language questions.
- Citation Tracking: Measuring how often and in what context AI systems mention or recommend a brand.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Hands-on experience with keyword and search-intent research




- Understanding of AI search visibility, LLM-driven discovery and answer engines
- Experience with structured data, schema markup and content optimization
- Ability to develop content strategies for traditional + generative search
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track rankings, visibility, traffic and organic performance
- Up-to-date understanding of evolving search algorithms and AI-led search trends

Key Skills Needed

- Deep knowledge of technical and semantic SEO.
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Understanding of how LLMs crawl, retrieve, and summarize web information.
- Content structuring expertise using clear headings, bullet points, and concise summary blocks

What you’ll work on:

You’ll help brands build visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI discovery platforms by combining strong SEO fundamentals with forward-looking AEO and GEO strategies.
