Purpose - Why does this role exist?

1. Deliver actionable insights to management aligned with strategic objectives and business requirements.
2. Perform comprehensive analysis of large datasets and ensure accurate, timely reporting for informed decision-making.
3. Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to address business needs and provide prompt, efficient resolutions.

Critical Tasks MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities

1. Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets using MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
2. Collect, interpret, and synthesize data to prepare comprehensive MIS reports supporting strategic decision-making.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution of business initiatives.
4. Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities and secure stakeholder alignment for strategic projects.
5. Manage and support key projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to defined objectives and standards.
6. Define and document business requirements,



technical specifications, and success criteria for effective solution development.
7. Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify KPIs, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
8. Design and implement workflows and governance frameworks that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
9. Deliver cost-efficient, high-performance technology solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
10. Engage with stakeholders to validate, refine, and optimize requirements for maximum impact and business value.

- B. Tech
- Experience 3-5 Years
