Hiring: Ads Expert

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience and demonstrated expertise

We are looking for an Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage multiple paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
- Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns where required.
- Build and manage retargeting campaigns using relevant custom audiences.
- Test audiences, creatives, placements, campaign structures and offers.
- Monitor metrics including but not limited to CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates and lead quality.
- Analyse campaign performance and take corrective action.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Track and report campaign performance regularly.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Robust practical knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Google Ads experience is preferred.
- Experience with lead-generation and retargeting campaigns.
- Ability to independently analyse campaign data and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Working knowledge of audiences, funnels, tracking and attribution.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to make practical recommendations rather than simply execute instructions.
- Landing page creation or optimisation experience is a plus.
- Certifications are a plus, but demonstrated hands-on experience and results matter more.
