We are looking for an Admission Counsellor who can go beyond selling a course — someone who can understand a student's aspirations, guide them toward the right program and confidently convert genuine interest into admission.

### The Role

As an Admission Counsellor, you will manage prospective students from the first conversation to admission .

You will speak with students and parents, understand their career goals, handle objections, conduct counselling sessions, create urgency and ensure that the right student chooses the right program.

This is a target-driven role , but we are specifically looking for a consultative counsellor + strong closer , not a traditional salesperson.

### Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand the student's academic background, interests, career goals and concerns.
- Recommend the most relevant Aerostar Edge program.
- Explain course structure, industry exposure, career pathways, fees and admission process.
- Handle objections related to fees, career prospects, parents, competition and course value .




- Follow up systematically with interested students.
- Convert qualified leads into centre visits and admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling information in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing and academic teams.
- Maintain a strong relationship with students throughout the admission journey.
- Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling relevant programs where appropriate.
- Continuously improve counselling and closing skills through training and call reviews.

### Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + performance incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated ability.
