Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, addressing their queries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Explain course details, career prospects, admission criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and relevant policies.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on courses, admission policies, eligibility requirements, and education-sector developments.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Education, Psychology, Management, Sales, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, tele-counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
