- Robust knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
- Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment
- Expert on migrations tools (Ex. ADMT, Quest etc.)
- Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning
- Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project
- Should have expertise in backup products
- Experience with designing, implementing and troubleshooting active directory domains with multiforest solutions and good experience on AD user migration via ADMT
- Good experience on Active Directory Services, Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), DNS and DHCP
- Manage Active Directory site replication schedules, site links and boundaries, users and group accounts in an Active Directory environment
