As an Accounts Receivable- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will be instrumental in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making within our Finance practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.
You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing ambiguity as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to provide financial advice and strategic guidance, helping clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and understanding how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities
- Managing financial records and conducting data analysis to support decision-making
- Assisting in compliance with accounting standards and providing accurate financial insights
- Utilizing accounting advisory skills to guide financial reporting and policy development
- Performing account reconciliation and maintaining general ledger accuracy
- Analyzing complex financial data to inform strategic guidance and risk management
- Collaborating with teams to optimize financial performance and budgeting processes

- Anticipating team and client needs to deliver quality financial advice and solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- Minimum graduate
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting Advisory and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation and General Ledger Accounting
- Navigating complex financial scenarios with critical thinking
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating their needs
- Developing a deeper understanding of evolving business contexts
