What makes the role meaty?

The Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in the three-way matching process (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification) within the SAP system alongside assisting with month-end closures. This role ensures timely vendor payments and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities:

 Invoice Processing: Register and post vendor invoices in SAP.

 3-Way Matching: Verify and match vendor invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes to ensure accuracy in quantity and price.

 GRN Verification: Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse department to verify that Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)



are accurately posted in SAP for received materials.

 Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in price or quantity between PO, GRN, and Invoice.

 Vendor Reconciliation: Perform regular vendor ledger reconciliations (Statement of Accounts - SOA) and resolve payment issues.

 Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing activities and inventory closing like

- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime), SAP
- Manage accounts payable.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.

We hope that you have...

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent (B.Com/M.Com)
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, SAP, MS Excel & financial analysis tools
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
