Expected Exposure and Experience

With 3+ years of experience ideally honed in a manufacturing environment, you'll be a master of managing financial data in Tally ERP, juggling accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger with ease. Familiar with procurement processes and GST regulations, you'll work seamlessly with departments to ensure cost-effective resource allocation. Your banking and reconciliation skills are sharp, keeping discrepancies at bay. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple tasks with a smile and an organized mind. Managing Accounting Functions in Tally ERP:

1. Accounts Payable:
2. Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
3. Manage vendor relationships and payments.
4. Reconcile payables accounts.

Accounts Receivable:

1. Send invoices and track customer payments.
2. Manage credit control and collections.
3. Reconcile receivables accounts.
4. Analyze customer payment trends and identify potential issues.

General Ledger:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
2. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
3. Prepare financial statements (balance sheets,



income statements, cash flow statements).

Processing Invoices and Managing GST Compliance:

1. Ensure invoices are accurate and complete before processing.
2. Calculate and record GST correctly for all transactions.
3. Liaise with external auditors regarding GST compliance.
4. Stay informed about any changes in GST regulations and implement them quickly.

Overseeing Banking Transactions and Reconciling Accounts:

1. Manage bank deposits and withdrawals.
2. Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
4. Implement internal controls to safeguard company funds.

Collaborating with Departments on Procurements:

1. Provide input on vendor selection and pricing.
2. Assist with purchase order creation and tracking.

Managing Petty Cash and Other Administrative Tasks:

1. Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
2. Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed.

Staying Updated on Accounting Regulations and Implementing Changes:

1. Analyze the impact of changes on EQUICHEM's financial practices.
2. Implement changes to accounting systems and procedures as needed.

Maintaining Accurate and Organized Financial Records:

1. Maintain all financial records in a safe and secure location.
2. Organize and file financial documents systematically for easy retrieval.
3. Back up all financial data regularly.

Communicating Effectively with Stakeholders:

1. Provide financial information and reports to internal stakeholders (management, departments).
2. Communicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
3. Prepare transparent and concise presentations and reports.
