We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be capable of maintaining accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and ensure timely filings.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Track expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist management with financial information and accounting reports.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Skilled accounting qualifications or relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, accurate, and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations, while ensuring timely reporting and statutory compliance.
