Accountant – Sales, Purchase & Inventory

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate Sales and Purchase records.
- Handle Sales and Purchase entries in Tally.
- Maintain daily Dispatch and Material movement records.
- Maintain Godown-wise stock records and inventory data.
- Monitor stock levels and reconcile physical stock with book stock.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up until the enquiry is closed.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Dispatch and Godown teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly stock and sales reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Stock Management.
- Experience in Godown and Dispatch record management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and convert/close enquiries.
- Candidate should be responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
