Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring payments, maintaining accurate ledgers, and supporting budgeting and cost control for events and projects. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with tax and compliance documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors on financial matters. The Accountant will also help streamline financial processes and ensure adherence to company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis for projects or events.
- Comfort with accounting software and MS Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets and financial systems.
- Knowledge of basic taxation, compliance requirements, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications are an advantage.
