Role Description The Accountant Intern will support daily finance and accounting activities at Erotissch’s on-site location in Agra.

Responsibilities include assisting with recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, supporting invoice processing, and helping with expense tracking and reconciliation. The intern will work with the team to organize financial documents, support basic reporting, and ensure records are accurate and up to date. This internship role also involves collaborating with the operations and management teams to understand cost structures, support budgeting tasks,



and learn about financial processes within a growing fashion and lingerie brand.

The position is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to accounting practices in a creative, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including journal entries, ledgers, and basic financial statements.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting or ERP software; ability to organize, analyze, and interpret numerical data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in handling sensitive financial information, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional manner.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Interest in fashion, lingerie, or sustainable consumer brands, and willingness to learn about financial aspects of a growing business.
